Using Physical Therapy as a Jump Start to Fitness

Nobody WANTS to begin a fitness routine with an injury, but sometimes that is what ends up happening. An everyday injury leads you into a physical therapists, and you spend weeks or months improving your injury, strengthening your muscles, and increasing mobility. What happens afterwards? Most people don't continue on with their fitness/therapy routine as needed, and oftentimes that can lead to recurring injury or other problems later. With that it is important that we look at reasons to continue your strength routine with a qualified professional or at least a program you can motivate yourself on.
